NEW Elixir formula
Please don't get me wrong. I love Kerastase products and have been using them for many many years. I have just bought an Elixir shampoo and realized that its formula was changed. I tried it and did not like. The fragrance is bad and my hair was dry and not soft. I don't understand why Kerastase changed the Elixir shampoo formula. The old formula was great!!! You can read the reviews regarding the new formula on the Kerastase US website. Everyone loves the old formula and dislike the new formula. I hope Kerastase listens our customers reviews and changes the formula back to what it was. I won't recommend the NEW Elixir shampoo formula to my friends. Show Full Review
