In the words of hairstylists

“Kérastase is a brand of excellence, so stocking a good brand gives a credible name to your salon. It’s very important that your client knows that your salon is associated with a quality product.”
What does Kérastase mean to you as a hairdresser?
Since beginning hairdressing 25 years ago, Kérastase has played a huge part in the salon. I’m really happy to be involved with this well recognised, professional brand within the Dylan Bradshaw Salon. We enjoy the prospect of growing with the brand for another 25 years.
Do you have stories to tell us about Kérastase and you?
As far back as I can remember when I was a kid starting out, Kérastase was the first product that I remember being able to offer to a client as a real luxury. I think that was a huge turning point in the industry when we were able to offer our clients that extra treatment, a ritual, massage or added service.
According to you, how does Kérastase meet the needs of women and the expectations of hairdressers?
Kérastase is a brand of excellence, so stocking a good brand gives a credible name to your salon. It’s very important that your client knows that your salon is associated with a quality product and recognizes your own brand, creating a reassurance with both for your clientele to see.
What are the key Kérastase products?
From the shampoo range, the two most popular products for us in the salon are Bain Satin and Bain Divalent. Our stylists and clients both love and trust these products meaning they return to them time and time again. My personal favourites that I’m loving at the moment are from the Kérastase Couture Styling range. The Mousse Bouffante and Spray à Porter are my key products. I love to add volume to hair whilst also creating a more natural messy look and these two products never let me down!
