2007: Creation of Resistance Ciment Thermique
A cult product for blow-drying
In 2007, Kérastase created a cult product for blow-drying, a heat-activated reconstructing milk for weakened hair.
Kérastase Résistance rebuilds the internal substance of hair that has been weakened by external aggressions to restore its strength and solidity. It restores inner strength that can be seen from the outside: the regenerated hair looks beautiful and healthy.
It is the first dual-action fibre “strengthener”. This “builder” weaves itself into the hair to consolidate it via a vita-ciment while a vita-top seal provides protection for a structure that is both supple and strong. The fibre is strengthened from within; the hair surface is fully coated with supple, ultra-efficient "shock-proofing". The hair's strength and shine are restored, while its fluidity and softness are preserved. It is smoothed, tamed and easier to style.
